When you feed fear, you only help it to grow in strength. The fear gets stronger. It is debilitating. Feeding fear is paralysis.

When you feed anger, your anger only grows stronger. No one wakes up one morning and makes the decision to go through life angry and miserable. Day by day, without even knowing that they are doing so, they feed that anger until it grows more powerful. And then it takes over.

When you feed the belief that is scarcity, all your eyes will allow you to see is scarcity. You will see that there isn’t enough, that you will never have more than you have now, and that the reason you don’t have what you want is because someone else is preventing you from acquiring it.

Feeding the wrong wolf only increases its size, its power, and its control over you. You have to feed the right wolf.

Feeding the Right Wolf

When you feed courage, your courage grows. Day by day, what used to make you recoil in fear doesn’t even make you blink. Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s the ability to take action in spite of your fear. That’s why it takes courage. Feeding the wolf that is courage allows it to defeat the one that is fear.

Feeding caring and compassion allows the wolf that is love to destroy the wolf that is anger, envy, and resentment. The more you feed the right wolf here, the more you grow, and the more you contribute.

The right wolf to feed is abundance. The belief that there is more than enough, that you can have all that you need, all that you desire, and that it is all within your power destroys scarcity (and with it fear and anger).

You decide which of the two wolves you feed. The one you feed is the one that grows stronger.
