Your prospects and clients know as much about you do about your company, your products and services, your pricing, and your competitors before you walk in their front door. Web bloggers, your customers, and your prospects are monitoring and commenting on your every move. Assume that everything you say or do will be publicized, and use this medium to your advantage.
