    Being on the operations team I agree 100%. I also think where some organizations fall short is they don’t take the time to pat the “operations team” on the back both pre and post this interaction with your dream prospective client. This is a great opportunity for Sales to build their emotional credits in the bank with the operations team for when you need something from them later on. Don’t miss that as part of the experience.
