One of the lost arts that we Americans have lost with our "cushy", soft, easy lives is the ability to "fight" for what we want. Too many of us give up when we face any resistance. Thus, giving the rewards to someone who stuck in there for a little longer. In sales, you need to develop the ability to fight until the last second. You may not win them all, but you will win more than if you give up early.

You are completely right Anthony,

Only have the sale is made in the needs analysis and the presentation.
The other half comes afterward. When you answer their objections, answer their questions and ask for the order.
