The ones that develop true customer loyalty!

I was thinking this stuff through....you are battling a contradiction here in selling.  You need to care a lot about the customer and also care a lot about your winning.  When you are selling, you are constantly weighing these 2 sides. You can&#039;t always create a pure win-win, so you need to have some EQ to figure out how to make all the players happy.

I wonder how many people really care about their customers....</description>
