Our culture has tended for sometime to extoll celebrity over the cerebral...but we distinguish ourselves in the market if we take the time &quot;to know.&quot; &quot;Knowing&quot; and awareness (the listening skill mentioned in a earlier post) are where we can add value to a client---and meaning.</description>
