Michael Arrington at Techcrunch reports on Grand Central being down this morning. You may remember Grand Central from my gushing post back in January.
Arrington’s title says it all: If you want to be a phone company, you can’t go dead.
Many of us are already using Grand Central for our primary business telephone number, and this type of outage creates the kind of doubt that will prevent us from doing so in the future–especially when the number is tied to our Adwords campaigns!
